Unlimited Mods for COD4 Bypass

Hello NGU,

As the title says, there is a way to get Unlimited Mods for COD4 Bypass.
A friend let me in on this, so i never really found it, however i figured it out on my own by getting pointed in the Correct directions.
So thanks to BuC-ShoTz for the help he gave me.

Lets start,



Requirements:

  1. USB Memory Drive
  2. PS3 Patch Blocker
  3. Knowledge of Bypass
  4. Notepad++


Instructions:
I am not going to show you how to modify your game saves or how to code them, so lets jump straight to it.

Firstly you want to open up your GPAD0_MP.PRF or GPAD0_CM.PRF, either one on your Computer,
In that file you want to delete everything and then enter the following code:
    

exec "../../../dev_usb000/COD4_MODS.cfg"


now click save,

On your USB drive you want to create a new file on the ROOT of the USB, that being the same place where you will find the 'PS3' Folder, make sure you don't put it INSIDE the PS3 folder, it should be by it's self..

Name the File you created 'COD4_MODS.cfg'

In Notepad++ open the COD4_MODS.cfg file,
This is the place you will put ALL your mods, so like you normally would, place your Mods/ Infections into there then save it.

To The PS3,
On your PS3 Plug your USB drive into the Slot CLOSEST to the eject button,
Then as normal, Copy your GPAD0_MP or GPAD0_CM onto your PS3, Now KEEP your USB Drive plugged into your PS3.

When you start your game, the Mods you placed into the COD4_MODS.cfg will load


You can place ANY amount of Mods/ Infections into the COD4_MODS.cfg file, and thats all

its not only for this game, it works on every cod and you can also infect it, so yeah, im glad ive left because everyone will be able to mod now :p

And are there even released ways on modding saved profiles on other cods through usb? e.g. w@w, mw2, etc.

this method wasn't released but in the black ops section, few minutes later the thread was moved, and what do you mean by modding a saved profile?

Getting the save of the ps3 onto your usb and modding it.

well a profile save is stored on their server which we dont have access too, so theres no way of doing it unless we crack the activision server :|

Sorry than, saved data on your playstation e.g. profile. The thing that you mod for cod4 bypass. Ya know? The thing that this thread is about.

oh that, i dont think its possible unless you have the encryption keys for them, cod4 saves were never encrypted, i think it will work for mw2 and mw3 though since the key is infinitywardkey :lol:
