Welcome NextGenUpdate.
After Revising This Though I Thought Of a way to get the prestige hack after patch/proxy

Use The Proxy: 200.251.58.190
Then Copy Your Prestige Codes Over to your ps3 (Note*- This works better with cfg.)
Now start Cod4 (it will sign you out this is alright)
Now Go To Multiplayer.
Now click Play Online, It will sign you in, then out straight away. (Cod4 has a slow server reaction so you will be online for 20sec or so..)
Then go to splitscreen and use the tenth prestige hack/codes.
Now click Play Online.
Now to make it stick to your account, go into an online game, as fast as you can (remember you only have 20secs before it kicks you off the servers), The most common way is to use the code to change private match from private to online. <<<< This will also work.
