Nope I faced that ban too, I ended up buying another console (preowned) Sal

Seems there picking and choosing who to punish worse, I had 6 out of 7 accounts banned for 47 hours, only my prestige 10 survived, weird.

Not possible, The only way is if you buy another one, or if you had a jb you could change the cid but there is no jbs out.
