Not sure if you've fixed your problem yet or not, but as you haven't indicated as such...

You should be able to Build/Compile your program, if it builds/runs (in debug mode) with no errors, then you should be able to open your projects folder. In your projects folder for Visual Studio (or Visual Basic specifically) - I believe the default projects folder is in Documents (note that you can move the location manually, so check the place in which you saved it), locate the folder of the project/program you created, in the specific project folder, check for bin\Release or bin\Debug, the executable will be in there.

compiling whatever without a real representation of what's going on then we can't help him out.

you should not try programming. best bet. but if you have to then just move on to a different language or a different compiler(although i think vs is like one of if not the only one for vb).
and also could you maybe post some pics of whats happening, most people are visual learners on here. and it'd be nice to see your errors.

can i download the new one ?

Whatever is there is the latest update. If you download it and are not prompted with an update then it is the latest version. Hoping tomorrow or maybe just maybe to be done with 3 of them completely.

When the Level system is released I will complete the Calculator with experience, which is a good part of the Calculator.
