when i first finished it it looked too squared so i cut the bottom off... it was just a weird design that made it look too complicated so i cut that part off and made it look more rectangular... if your talking about the statue of liberty yes i did cut that out... i know the edges arent smooth i suck sorry >_<

i made the sig in paint and got my photoshopto finally work after a longgggggggggg time 2 days after i made the sig and i was pissed about that cuz my sig wouldve been alot better
