Yeah I said in my thread that the size was slightly larger.
And yes, Its a template. I part of the group on hackforums "New age designs" and we were on MSN and I was asking if any of them had tips for me. He gave me the blank template and i was happy to work with it.

Thing is though, the fact that the userbars psd is publicly released it really looks like you've just taken out there text / logo. Changed the color a bit and slapped on your own stuff :\

He didn't give me a psd. He gave me this:

And I did the rest. Templates are allowed and there is no rules against them. And even though it's the same background, they look completely different.

Cammmy I was reading rules and there is nothing that said you cannot use an template , groan me idc but read the rules and his look nothing like the one's from HF , he got a blank template and he came up with his own design.
