This is the closest to the right answer.

A true vector is an image created digitally without being constrained to pixels. In other words, it's like the difference between drawing in a grid, or a blank piece of paper, with GIMP and PS and Paint being confined to the grid.

For the purposes of making signatures or tags, a vector is anything that remotely resembles a true vector image.

Ya can someone please tell both fonts he used in the logo PLEASE??

The first font... I believe is default on Vista PCs (it replaced Algerian as a default font). The second is a generic Disney font.
