Vector is a type of sig where if you make it bigger or smaller it doesnt change the quality..I think. Correct me if I am wrong
This is the closest to the right answer.
A true vector is an image created digitally without being constrained to pixels. In other words, it's like the difference between drawing in a grid, or a blank piece of paper, with GIMP and PS and Paint being confined to the grid.
For the purposes of making signatures or tags, a vector is anything that remotely resembles a true vector image.
