If I can make a suggestion -

There are really too many of you for one account. Over time it will get obvious that it is account sharing. On 24/7? Why not make two accounts and split it in to two different groups. This way you can get interactive and maybe compete to be higher in certain skills.

Just a suggestion. Hate it or love it. There will only be confusion if you keep it up the way you are now.
