No problem, try scanning them before, and if you feel its clean, try downloading it, then do another scan.

Luckily the way I have mine set up, if I try to download something, it will tell me about and possible viruses before I can start the download.

Always always always use multiple scanners when downloading. Just because one doesn't detect something, doesn't mean another won't.

I would suggest using You must login or register to view this content. for scanning any files. It uses all of the popular virus scanners and gives you a nice informative list.


AVG picked it up before even finishing download. I can guarantee if you hex'd that file you could find the "honey pot" for that virus. (username+password+url to the keylogger destination)
