I'm having a problem; I have the game downloaded, I go in, log on, it says "Downloading Update", then it says "Click Restart to begin installing patch." Instantly after that it says "Failed to download patch."

How do I fix this?

Are you logging in with your email address or account name as it needs to be your account name.
