You do not buy a disk and play this. It is a private server, so as stated above, you just download and play.

Your graphics card does not have to be beast, but is has to be a good one.

Registration is down as of yet! I will let you all know when you are able to register again. They are having some difficulties with the website, so it shouldn't be too much longer.
