i have tried getting the toolset to work but it never does, no matter what i try, so im going to ask for some help.
i dont really have anything to offer, but if someone could make a save file editor, or link me to one that only requires having the save file, i would be grateful. this is for the pc version.
oh, or if you could help me fix my toolset, that would work as well. its the old database error, despite me having pretty much manually set up everything for it....

edit: finally got it to work. something that is not mentioned when you install it is that the command prompt for the sql server that starts up has to be left up until it closes itself. it was not showing any data so i just kept closing it. finally left it open and waited. it installed successfully
