its not your pc its your settings i have a $6,000 comp and mine still does that a little bit when i have my graphics on x4 looks sooooo sharp but like in mw2 go to advance settings and take off x2 to OFF and everything else to no no no no no no no no and your game should run fine

Yeah im sure its your low end pc...just set the settings all to low as possible and you should be fine....just depends what you have in your pc. A decent gaming pc/laptop needs a dual core with at lease 2 gb of ram and a good graphics card.
