Okay i've made a RuneScape Private Server using Hamachi, it will be on as much as possible so the uptime should be pretty good. If its not up and im on Hamachi just message me and ill put it up.

The server will get upgraded with VIP island and i will add more stuff as well. At the moment it has most skills i think working. And a lot of NPC's and Items.

Anyone from NGU that joins my server and gets 2+ people to join i will make the VIP for free and i might even move the server at a later date onto online hosting so its up 24/7.
