There will be one admin and 5 mods and I will be the owner. The server is going to be ran on a Virtual Private Server and the person that is the admin will help fix the server up through source files and will basically co own the server with me. I'd always wanted to create my own RSPS but I'm not a great coder, I can only add in small things here and there. I'm more interested in helping you start up the community. I've gotten a friend's server to top 10 on runelocus with an awesome voting idea.
