Once enough plugins come out to set it up on a "real" server with different commands for different groups, i'll get a "real" server set up.
But ATM we have:
Normal
Mod
Sysop(Admins)
everyone starts of at normal with the basic commands: (type these into the chat window as you see them)
help
type /help /command for details on /command (EG. "/help /playing", this also works on every command)
/list
Shows who is in the server
/playing
Shows who is in the server
/who
Shows who is in the server
/p
If your in a party (red/blue/yellow/green) this allows you to talk so only others in your party see it.
/party
If your in a party (red/blue/yellow/green) this allows you to talk so only others in your party see it.
/me
Allows you to talk in 3rd person
once Me or another Server admin thinks you can be trusted you will move up to mod (there is no next tier until more plugins comes out).
Mod commands are:
/kick
Kicks someone
/ban
Bans someone from the server
/d *name of item* *how many*
give yourself x number of items
/drop
Same as above except you drop x items
/summon *number ID of monster/NPC*
Summons monsters/NPC's
/say
Type as the server
/rollback *name of person*
roll back any changes that person has done in the server since joining *buggy*
/rban
Same as above expect it also bans the user
/check
check to see if anyone has changed any block you click on
Sysop/admins have all commands, plus a few extra :p.
/destruction
/construction
/stop
/demod
/mod
/op
/deop
/ip
/liquid
/reload
/dynamite
/kickdynamite
/bandynamite
So there we have it, more plugins are coming out everyday so more commands will be added.
No griefing and have fun.
Hamachi not needed, unless lag occurs or gets too bad.
If we need to use it then the hamachi server is:

For non-hamachi:

Or

*Edit* It seems my port forwarding failed, Hamachi is needed now until further notice.
