I don't know about the processor, but my desktop has the same graphics and can only play COD4 at it's lowest setting. So I don't think you would be able to play COD4.

Your processor is what completely kills any hope of being able to run it.

A dual-core with like 800 MHz is severely outdated, even low-end PCs come with 2.0 GHZ+ dual-cores, and that's very low-end.

The graphics, since they're integrated, will barely even barely make the cut. (And yes, I mean barely even barely.)

Nope, you can't run it.. If you can, you will have lile 10 fps which is awful and unplayable, sorry.

nope cant run.. 10fps is laggy.. i wud say 32fps-60fps

Turn the settings down all of the way and you should be alright.
