Well although you have good skills it would depend on what you have too. How much money do you have in your bank and do you have any good items that could be worth a lot? If so then that could raise the price on it very fast and very easily.

I have around 90k, but i have over 300k worth of items, and lots of quests done(Heroes and a few other hard ones). I also have some cool items like the jester suit, full blue d hide, mage bow, lots of summoning construction and fletching shit and a nice house.
