THE ERROR:ToolkitPro1349vc90.dll is missing.

If your going to say redownload the program or try looking for ToolkitPro.dll and download that then plzz dont cause ive tried it plenty of times.

Plzz help ive been looking forward to using this program for awhile.

p.s The file is already in there but it still gives the error

Have you tried disabling your firewall?
