I don't know how to do it with Hamachi, but I know this will work.

Well first off you need WinRAR, or WinZip.

Then you have to update your JAVA.

Then go to You must login or register to view this content. And register. Once you registered click "add host" For the "Hostname" Just put the name of your server, and next to it (the drop down box) select "no-ip.org"

Then click "create host"

Now that you have created a Host, it is time to download the No-Ip Duc.
Go to this link You must login or register to view this content.
Once there select your operating system.

Once downloaded, install it and run it.
When you run it, just log in to it, or it might of logged you in automatically. (Using the account you created on No-Ip website)

Click on "Select Hosts"

When you click that you should see the name you created on the website, MAKE SURE YOU TICK THE BOX!

Now you have to set up your Environmental Variables.
Go to Control Panel, and click Advanced system settings, then click environmental variables.

Now click on "Classpath" and click on "Edit" for the Variable Value, take everything out and put this in it:

Make sure you put that on the BOTTOM table not the top one.

Where it says "jdk1.6.0_11" you would change that to the version of JDK you have. So if I had jdk1.6.0_20 I would change the jdk1.6.0_11 to it.
God it's hard to explain, you may not get it, if so just post a question.

Now for the second one, scroll down until you see "PATH" click on it and Edit it, for Variable Value, put this in it:

Okay, so now you have to portfoward. This is SO hard to explain because everyone has different routers and different pages..So I'm not going to explain how to do this part. There are tons of tutorials on it.

Good luck on making your server!

Hello, i don't know the answer to your problem but this might be usefull.

If you really need help i would recommend Rune-Server, Moparscape or RuneLocus

1. Don't use hamachi, you wont get as many people to join, You will have to port forward.
2. do what -Convex- said with the no-ip.
3. Zatox- gave good websites to get a server base from, and more detailed help, i would also recommend going from 508 to 562, there is a lot more there for you you to do, and a lot more tuts for on RuneLocus and the sort.
