How to use it:

    1.Enter password "whitehax69"

2.Exract it.

3.Start steam

4.Start SAM.Picker.exe

5.Pick a game and then press unlock and then press "Store"

6.Enjoy looking at all the achivement popping up!

Won't this flag the system due to being unlocked all at the same time ?

No, this is undetectable since its running a mod on your pc.. the system doesnt notice it.
You can only get banned if an admin whould acually go to your steam profile for some reson wich is random as hell xD
ive and my buddys has runned it for around 2-3 weeks and nothing... nothing has basicly happend no one have noticed!

Also ive done more then just 1 game.. ive done like 10+
around 1500 achivements on 1 day LOL

also i wanna point out that if you wanna unlock a game like tf2 or something inside the achivement picker all achivement will show and you can pick wich ones you want to ulnock. if you dont trust it take lik 2 a day or something!
