To be short the first link and you have to use it with the USB connected on the controller unless you use a Bluetooth dongle.

Look up "Motion in Joy".

1) Download the appropriate controller drivers to your ccomputer by plugging in the controller via USB
2) Download Xpadder (preferred over Motioninjoy imo) >Can find the program for free by a quick Google search<
3) Follow the steps

If your game supports a Xbox controller use MotionJoy, it makes the computer think your using a xbox controller when really your using a PS3 controller.
If your game doesn't support Xbox controllers then use Xpadder.
