Hey people of NGU, i have a problem with my laptop.
I bought a TOSHIBA LAPTOP with the following specs: i5-3210M Quad Core
HD 7670M (1GB)
I bought this laptop because i was sure it was going to play Far Cry 3 on MAX with 30-45FPS, but it turns out i was wrong :/
I saw this video with a guy playing FarCry3 on MAX with my GPU, he had 30-45FPS stable. Why is it that i only get 15FPS? I've updated my drivers to CATALYST 13.6, but they don't help... PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Do you have dual graphics? I know many of these laptops with the 7670m come with dual graphics, which may give low FPS. You can disable it by right clicking on your desktop and go to the catalyst control manager, then find dual graphics and disable it. Then you just have to make sure your power options are always on High Performance when you are in game.

Well the easiest way to find out is to look at the stickers on your laptop. It should be near where your intel sticker that says something like "AMD Dual Graphics Enabled."

what resolution are you running at and what is your msaa set to? if you're running ultra at 1080p at 8xAA with HDAO then youre gonna have problems running 30-40 frames smooth.
The guy never showed his settings in the video so he could have been playing with no AA and low SSAO
