Of course there is for PC only through torrents. But for PS3 you can only get it free if a friend downloaded it and is willing to gameshare with you.

"Steal" implies that the original is taken. It is not, it's copied, hence the creation of the word "piracy". Beyond that, if OP can't afford it then it will literally have no negative impact on the developers whatsoever. Get off your high horse.
