Ehh that's kinda debatable. I do think with the whole PVR thing it's gotten easier on both sides. You really do need a decent pc to record gameplay at decent looking settings. PVR's offload all that. Well if you could get it to work anyways. Fraps is nice but resource heavy.

Yes, but they can record there games without a pvr and can do it for free.
