Well in either case I'd sort of hound them on that. If you hear back in a day or 2, add onto the ticket.

Well that makes sense, it's their way of you being able to prove who you are.

Happen the same to be. Got hacked. 2 days to the support answer me . Got my acct back in 4days. but now its VAC banned. and they dont lift the VAC lol
