There is an inherent risk of getting banned when modding. Of course this depends on what your definition of modding is and whether or not you're running anything that could be considered cheats. I can't guarantee that you won't be banned but it ultimately comes to mod at your own risk since you'll still be running modified game code.

Sorry about the late reply, but I am unsure if it is as I do not mod Black Ops 2.



Just a quick update; GSC Studio has been updated here's the change log. It looks like you'll be able to use it for injection on Steam again but I still recommend being careful as I'm unsure whether or not you will get a VAC ban.

Okay well i been using a different injector not GSC studio and i have been fine so far.

Yea I took some .dll injector online and it's been over a month now and no VAC ban, I won't say it's safe but I'll say I haven't gotten the VAC fist yet.

I use the gsc studio with the revolution mennu on a cracked redacted bo2 pc version, you can play online but only with other cracked users.
