Seriously though the difference between 30 and 60+ fps (I have a 144hz monitor) is unreal. Every time I play on a console at friends house it's such an eye sore.

I don't know if it's better just different. Not having to pay to play is definitely a plus, and the graphics on games are better. The types and complexity of games change too, plus I'd argue it's much easier to mod.

Being able to sit at a couch and play console games is quite nice too.
