I don't think you know what you are talking about. What you call "modding" on the console isn't the same thing on the pc.

That's probably because you didn't know how to do it. Modding on PC is 100% better than consoles, you also don't get banned for modding single player games unlike the on the PlayStation - it's also legal on the PC.

So If I do mod on pc I shouldnt go online but I can play single player online
