Modded system? This is the pc gaming section look for the console threads in their respective places in the top of the browser. Is it xbox or ps?

If you really are talking about PC, you don't have to have any sort of "modded" system. However, I would suggest making an identical copy of the game to play mods in so it doesn't screw with your online. I've heard in the past that if some mods are active when you attempt to go online, it could be bad news. I have 2 installations of the game on my PC, one for screwing with mods for machinima, and another for playing online.

I would take Austin's advice for sure. Sounds like a good idea

You can mod on gta but don't do it online or else you'll get banned. Stick to single player modding.
