And I'm not overclocking it.
CPU : Phenom II x4 955
Ram : 4GB, Maybe Corsair Vengeance or Kingston HyperX (Dunno)
Graphic card : Max settings on "mediumcore" games - GTX 460/AMD Radeon HD 6850
HDD : Samsung Spinpoint/Seagate Barracuda 500GB/1TB (Dunno)
There's a few suggestions from me, but it'd be a good idea to let us know your budget.

If its only for gaming then not much is needed, you can make a good enough gaming pc with only an i3 processor.
I suggest you watch this video, if you're budget isn't high, then go for an AMD machine, because the prices for their processors are considerably less than intel's.
If you want a well rounded system then you're probably looking at an i7-2600(Quad core, hyperthreaded, one core runs two threads, making 4 physical cores, 4 virtual in total of 8 logical cores) , i5-2500, PhenomX6 1100T (or wait for AMD bulldozer 8 Core CPU)
A mid ranged system you can look at a 6870 or GTX 560 for graphics, and always overbuy on a power supply, a 750W or 850w depending on how long you're wanting to keep the computer for, and adds power space for expansion for SLI and crossfire X.
Ram you are fine with 4GB, but Ram is quite cheap so 8GB is affordable.
If you're from USA check newegg.com
Canada check NCIX.com
UK check Scan.co.uk
