I'm building an i7 @ 4,5 Ghz with a 6970 crossfire, but I might get a 6990 and buy a second one later on..

Um, Intel is NOT over rated. From what I've heard, Intel's Core i7 beats Phenom 2's in benchmarking with stability, peformance, etc. :carling: and I really do like AMD but the Core i series is GREAT! =D BTW nice rig Smile

Meh, for the price, I'd much rather spend less for the X6 1100T (189$) than on any of the 6-core i7s, which seem to be around $500 and up. I was going to get the FX-8150, but it's a bombshell and needs 125W Gasp
