cpu: i5 760 2.80ghz
ram: 4gb DDR3 662MHz
motherboard: MSI H55M-E23(MS-7636)
psu: mk-750w

I would like a card that can play games maximum settings if you know a perfect card inform me or tell me the card you would get and WHY.

Don't worry your PSU is fine. Where are you situated in? US? UK? Canada? (Asking so I can find you a deal)

Here is what I recommend instead of the 6950.

TOTAL: $450

(I know this is a bit over, but it's $50 and it bumps your rig way up. The 6850 can play most modern games on high settings without AA so it should be a great buy. Your PSU could support this easily.

XFX ATI Radeon HD 6780 1GB Crossfire, so basicly 2 of those
If i'm right your Motherboard can run Crossfire.

G-Force always made the BEST video cards they are simply AMAZING. I love them and they have good specs.. ATI always bothered me for some reason...
