The main games i'm gonna play is Counter Strike, Counter Strike Source, Garrys Mod, TF2, L4D, L4D2, and maybe GTA 4

Is it good for the price also?

The FX performs piss poor compared to the i5 2500k in gaming. Check out videos and see the 2500k own the highest of the FX series (At the time) 8150.

And Violet, the games I want to play is not a hard game to run... and i'm not getting that combo anymore, I picked my own parts out. Just look at the pic, its a better cpu

Dont get an FX series CPU they fail hard compared to Intel CPU's and even the old Quad core Phenom's outperform them. I have a Phenom x4 980 and it out performs my friends FX 6 Core CPU by about 10-15%

You could go for the i5 or the phenom series, The FX has been revamped with the "K" series designation
