Hello NextGenUpdate Members - Today i'll be posting on what my future Gaming PC Specs are, and don't forget this is under a budget of $1000. So let's get posting of whats going in it. The categories on the right are what my system has in it. Please realize i'm trying to stay under $1000 but i'm open to suggestions.
So far i'm at $911.32 / $1000 Max.
Once i get all my parts, which won't be very long (i hope) i'll post pictures and a build video of it.
[Multipage= Computer Case]
I'm going with a really nice case. This case comes with 5 built in fans, and the design is made to grab and excel air at an amazing pace. Thus keeping the system cool. The link down below is a direct link to the case. And because this case also comes with additional USB 3.0 slots with Cord Management and the ability to put your PSU down.

[Multipage= Motherboard]
This motherboard is great for what it's priced at. It'll allow any item attachted to it to Overclock. And we all know when we put RAM into our computer, sometimes it doesn't start. This MOBO supports "MemOK" which will make the RAM work with the board. And also supports SLi Bridging or CrossFire (Dual GFX Cards)

[Multipage= CPU (Processor) Cooling]
For cooling of my Processor i'm going to be using a Zalman CNPS9900MAX Blue LED to go with the case. Reason for this is because it has amazing cooling and will possibly allow a higher over clock on my CPU. And the AMD FX-4170 Stock cooling fan is terrible, and is really noisy. So this is a really nice upgrade, and it actually comes with a bundle (Red LED for $159). But this is just amazing.

[Multipage= RAM (Memory)]
I'm going with GSKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB PC3-17000 Dual Channel Kit (2 x 4GB) because of the price and they are EXTREMELY powerful and work amazing with gaming. And is 2133MHz (2.1GHz) Frequency for amazing RAM performance.

[Multipage= HDD's/SSD's Hard Drive & Solid State]
For this i'm going with a Western Digital 500GB Cavair Black 7,200 RPM Drive. Mainly because i've used WD's drives for a very long time and had no problems with them. And they are the bang for there buck. I also have a Intel 550 120GB SSD that will be removed from my Mac and placed into my Case. This SSD will be used to play games on (i.e. Transferring there files to it, so games will play and run smoother). And Also, i'm not worried about space as i have a 800GB NAS (Network Associated Storage) and a 320GB External. And this HDD Will fully utilize SATA 6 Interface my MOBO uses.

[Multipage= Graphic Cards/Video Cards]
I've switched from using 2x GeForce 460 (SLi Mode) to a HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB PCI-E w/ DVI, HDMI, Dual DP Graphics Card. Reason for this was a suggestion and a Video Card Comparison site (Comparison: You must login or register to view this content.

[Multipage= PSU (Power Supply Unit)]
I'll be using a Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650M Modular Power Supply. Reason for this is they are proven to push there own slack, and there extreme life time, while be as quite as can be. This is PLENTY of power to run 2 GFX cards in Full Overclock.

I'm going with Patriot Extreme Performance 5G Sector 2x4 GB RAM Latency Kit because of the price and they are EXTREMELY powerful and work amazing with gaming.

And this is the part will i'll probably get smashed, but read this text before you accuse. For this i'm using x2 GeForce GTX 1GB GDDR5 460's. Reason why is because they are highly recommend to be Overclocked by MSI. And my ASUS MOBO will Overclock it by itself for true HD game play. Reason why i'm getting 2 is to fully use my 2 SLi Bridged slots (Combines both GFX cards to one). And the reviews of them with BF3 on Ultra settings while recording are 45+ FPS which is very well for 1 GFX card.

would it not be a better option to get 1 gtx 570? it gets 45-50fps on ultra, and with 1 graphics card theres less issues, sometimes 2 graphics cards can cause stuttering
Edit : It overclocks really well too,.
Simply because GTX's in SLi mode with ASUS can be "funky" for a lack of a better word. People have had more success with the 460's in SLi mode.

Thanks, that case won my attention. And when i took a farther look into the case (via Unboxing and reviews) that case was right for me.

You said you were open to suggestions so here:
- AMD CPUs are not worth it, they are not half as good as Intel ones and have a lot less upgrade paths and third party attention. Call me a fanboy all you want, but the simple fact is Intel CPUs are better no question about it.
- Don't use the SSD just for games, put your OS on it too.
- Two 460s? No. Putting two old low end cards in Sli is a bad idea for a new build... Get a single 7850 instead.
A 460 in sli under load requires: 510w (And thats not even overclocked)
One 7850 under load requires: 218
Not to mention so much more heat which will mean much less overclocking, it will be so much louder, and more microstuttering in games.
The 7850 is just as powerful 460s, will allow you to overclock much better, and will not cause all the problems listed above.
I always prefer a single more powerful card compared to two cards in sli, but in this case its just stupid to go for two 460s.
Your far better of going for the more basic, more powerful i5 2500k, 7850, Z67/Z77 build.

Okay, i switched my card to a HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB PCI-E w/ DVI, HDMI, Dual DP. I did a Video Card Comparison - You must login or register to view this content. And this card just wiped the 460 out of the space.
