Also I would have really went with the 2500k or 2600k since ivy proved not much of an improvement over them. But then again it really comes down to price and they are pretty much the same at this point
What ToKiiNz is implying is that the only people who ever get, and use 16GB of RAM are people who do a lot of editing and rendering.
And if you do that then the hyper threading would be a big advantage, but if you don't it renders the massive excess of RAM to almost useless.
