What ToKiiNz is implying is that the only people who ever get, and use 16GB of RAM are people who do a lot of editing and rendering.
And if you do that then the hyper threading would be a big advantage, but if you don't it renders the massive excess of RAM to almost useless.

ik but is has 16gb of ram, which is normally for used for heavily threaded programs so why not have a i7 to have they hyperthreading with it

You actually don't really need anymore then 8GB for that, anything beyond that and its more or less server work. But yea as far as quoting me and restating what I said, nice?
