Depends what you use it for, and by the specs I am guessing it is meant for gaming?

Also no one can rate this, you do not have the full build there.

beast 9, why did u get 16gb of ram but not a i7, it would be good for video edit etc, then because the hyper threading, for gaming they dont get much better

You get around 3-5ish FPS more without hyperthreading.

You don't see much of a difference between the i5 and i7 unless you are using a thread heavy application. Also I would have really went with the 2500k or 2600k since ivy proved not much of an improvement over them. But then again it really comes down to price and they are pretty much the same at this point

Very good all round build although why the hell do you need 16GB of ram , you will never utilize it all...
