Post: HELP needed , comparing 2 pc's

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); was searching for some gaming pc's on craigslist and stumbled upon 2 pc's , im not familiar with pc's and i want to get my moneys worth instead of being ripped off. here are the pc's

PC#1 ( charging 1000$ with monitor custom pc, and razor mouse and keyboard)
windows7 professional . 64bit
INTEL i5 2500k SANDYBRIDGE 3.3GHZ (OVERCLOCKABLE TO 4.5GHZ STABLE)
HiS RADEON 6950 w/ iceQ technology HD VIDEO CARD
FATAL1TY 750W POWER SUPPLY
ASUS P8P67 MOTHERBOARD
GSKILL 8GB RAM
HAF 922 tower
Antec 920 liquid cooler
3 led lit fans 1 large 2 medium

PC#2 charging me 800$
Intel® Core™ i7-2600K Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz)
ASUS P8Z68-V
2x 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM
AMD Radeon 6870
2x 64 gig SSD
1x 1T 7200 hard drive
Corsair Water Cooling System
750 Power Supply
LG CD/DVD DL Burner

Can someone please tell me which one is better? and why? and if the prices are over the top. appreciate any help i can get.

Grab the second one and upgrade the GPU at a later time. It's an easy decision in my view since the bottom has better ram, SSD's and a better processor.

I Would get PC #1 Because its more expensive which means its better
