Overall it looks good but you forgot a couple things.

Where is your storage? You didn't include a HDD or an SSD. You're going to need some sort of HDD to install windows.
What about an optical drive? At least grab a DVD burner for as cheap as $20, this will make installation of Windows much more simple.
You could also upgrade that RAM to 8GB for a little more.

i wouldnt go with a micro atx board go with an atx and get a full tower case gives enough room for liquid cooling for your gpu/cpu, and the bigger your case and if setup right your air flow will be a lot better then using a mid tower
