My PC Specs:
Processor: Interl Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67 GHz
RAM: 6.144 MB
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology EX58-UD3R
Graphics Card: ATI Radeaon HD 4800 Series
Hard Drives: 2x 1TB HDD (Don't know the producer, eitherway I don't believe it needs to be replaced)

Do I need any RAM update?
Believe me when I say, that this is one of the best computers you can get in my country custom made. If you get one from a shop is really, really out dated.
I can't even run the Sims 3 correctly lol, they run like shit after 2 weeks of working well dunno why.
Regarding GPU, which should I get? Nvidea or ATI? Never knew which is the best, I think both are, but we all know there's always one that is the best at it.
I will see if I can make a trip to the US to purchase most or all of these products I need to upgrade as in my country they do not exist or are very expensive as they are imported by smuggling (because, as I said in my first post) we can't Import things.

No. Triple channel memory will work on dual channel boards. Just make sure that you buy the exact same RAM that you have. You'll only need one stick in order to have 4 sticks. You don't want to have 3 sticks of RAM on a dual channel motherboard. It's not worth it and poorly optimized.
AMD and NVIDIA are both outstanding companies that leapfrog one another. The 7970 is less power efficient however runs faster than the 680 and overclocks just as well if not better. I love NVIDIA for their outstanding support and great drivers, but I must give credit where credit is due. If you are running a single card, get the 7970. If you are running two, get NVIDIA as they have better scaling due to improved drivers. And they also have build in micro-stuttering.
