A budget would be nice. I hope you're to build your own, or else you will probably get ripped off.

give an amount of money you are willing to spend and I'll let you know. keep in mind though sometimes different types of lag are unavoidable. In gaming you could have frame rate lag, in which case it's your computer, or connection lag, in which case its your internet connection. If you are playing a game with peer to peer, then someone in the game is hosting it and if the host has bad connection then everybody lags.

F.Y.I. you are not going to get the best value unless you custom build your own computer. you save so much money doing that versus buying a pre-built one. more "bang for your buck".
