It's pretty good. You could go ahead and go down the Intel path if you'd like better performance, however you'll be paying more. Don't forget the rest, like Hard drives, case, etc.

Personally I would go with Intel if you had the money, get a 3570k and a Hyper 212 and overclock it. No AMD CPU at this point in time will be able to beat the performance of a 3570k. Make sure to swap the motherboard as well if you're going down the Intel path as well, as the one you listed wouldn't work.

If you have the budget get a SSD as a boot drive so you can have extremely fast boot times and fast application opening times.

Im using intel but for the price get the fx 8150 its like 189.99 im also using the EVGA 660FTW2 which is 235.99 so what you have there is a good build it will run games just fine.

look good bro. just remember if you can pay a lttlemore get the intel and i'd get a 600w psu to be safe
