If you don't know what a Mac Pro is, its this:

8 Core 3GHz
20GB RAM
750GB Harddrive
v2.1 with Clovertown processors
NVidia 1900XT which runs at 2500x1600
also another ATI card to go in it

It will also have Windows 7 loaded on it. So games not being for Mac is not a problem.

I want to know, will be I able to play high performance games like GTA IV, Black Ops II and other games on high if not full graphics setting with a good steady FPS?

Macs and gaming do not go, my suggestion would be to upgrade the components in your current build Smile
