Personally it seems like it would be a good computer and capable of running the following games you listed. However, my opinion is that it's an AMD build and I'm more of an Intel guy so naturally I'm going to hate on it. However AMD is more centered around people who want to game without having to spend an arm and a leg. My only concern is how long the warranty will last. But other than that it seems like a decent entry level gaming computer.
