500euros. isn't much just be sure it wont be the greatest thing ever i'd say spend about 600euros for a really nice one.

if you spend 600 you can get a nice intel i5 but for a beginning gamer this is a good build and which is much better for the money.
BF3. around 40fps ultra around 50 on high
skyrim 40fps ultra around 45-50 on high
minecraft. decimated
dayz decimated
warz decimated
cod all will run maxed out

a i5 will get you about 5fps more but if you go into bios and overclock up to 4ghz that will be covered, amds take alot of crap but they are great for gaming and light photoshop but other than that i'd get a i5.

your view on "good" is very vague. What do you want to play on it?
