Only thing thats flying my red flag is that you're using a MSI board. MSI boards are "okay" in a sense that they lack a lot of features. Honestly if you're going AMD you're wasting your time not going with a ASUS board. What I would recommend is

Motherboard: ASUS M5A99X Evo (Do not get the Evo 2.0)
CPU: AMD FX-4170 (Best AMD CPU out there)
