If I were you I'd get the 4gb EVGA classified. You can overclock the hell out of it and EVGA precision is really easy to use.

they both overclock well its a myth ive seen friends overclock 680s up close around 1200mhz with liquid cooled setup fully stable its overclocking memory on them that doesnt always go well

680 to 670 in pixal and texture fill rates is a 26% and 10% difference at stock speeds 680 has 128 texture units to 670's 112 wont have any difference really in perfoamance if gaming on on monitor at 1080p what tokiinz is probably trying to get at is for the price atm of the cards a high overclocked 670 will whoop ass on a 680 for price vs performance so you should really go for a 670 and if you get a funny idea to opt for a 4gb 670 look how close they are in price to a 680 best bet if you did that is buy a higher clocked card or you will be losing money
