Hello, looking for a really good Laptop to get me through the next 4-5 years.
I was thinking of a Lenovo Laptop but I don't know much about the brand.
Can anyone recommend me a great Laptop?

Laptop is going to be used for Business School, Surfing the Web, and Gaming.

Budget ~ $1,500

Thanks

Hah, I made this thread back in 2011 so I guess those laptops are outdated, but it gives you an idea what you can get for your money.

mezzid linked some good ones and btw gaming pcs wont last that long unless you pay top dollar and thats $4,000 on a desktop so i would get a nice little laptop for school and a nice desktop for gaming and lenovos have amazing build quality is there any certain specs you need on the laptop?

You must login or register to view this content. and get the i5 3470, cheapest motherboard, stock intel fans, and the 7950 graphics card, tathi bundle comes with $100 or so worth of games so its a good deal, then get the thermal take mouse and keyboard combo and get a nice 1080p monitor on newegg for around $140 since those monitors are way overpriced or u can get a even better gaming pc if you use a laptop you already own for school because when my mom went to back to school she used a $400 toshiba laptop so you don't need a real monster laptop and get a good desktop because it won't have heat issues, and will have more power

or you could get this but idk how good it will be or if it will have driver issues You must login or register to view this content. and You must login or register to view this content.

Yeah but I can't have a desktop at this time. Thats why I'm buying a Laptop. I've been looking at Lenovo but I heard there has been problems with the pad but that doesn't bother me as much since I'm going to be buying a mouse.
