Integrated graphics are enough to play a simplistic game like Call of Duty at the lowest settings at around 30FPS. In other words, no, that isn't good. You'll never have a playable Battlefield 3 with integrated graphics*.

*Integrated graphics means it's part of the CPU. Most CPUs have that and none of them are any good.

You need a dedicated mobile video card. Unfortunately I'm only familiar with desktop cards but you can easily Google "[video card model] benchmarks" to see how it stacks up.

That would play most games at low-medium settings but it won't be any good for Fraps. You need a better video card but a worse CPU - as far as gaming is concerned an i7 is wholly unnecessary.

There is no good 'gaming laptop', laptops are made for browsing the internet and stuff like that, i have a 'gaming laptop' but it will never be as good as a desktop computer, it overheats even with a cooling pad, and you have to remember you are not using a console, you also have to run a operating system in the background... honnestly i would recomend you get a desktop, its up to you, but if you really want a laptop, let it be only for gaming, get a "basic" operating system with only steam, and a recording program installed and you will be able to use it no problem, i use this laptop, it gets hot and has a full hdd (im at 280 out of 300gb) because i use it for everything, not just gaming, there is only two things im really missing from this laptop, bluetooth (i have wireless beats by dre), and a hdmi INPUT, i only have an output so i cant hook up my ps3 to my laptop screen =(

I would never recommend a laptop for gaming because like Toke said, the battery sucks, it overheats, and you can't game on it like you would a console. Go for a Desktop. You has a better bang for the buck and its a lot easier to disassemble especially when upgrading.
