What I'd like to have:
8gb Ram
Quad-Core CPU
500MB or 1TB HDD (Don't matter :p)
Anyways, could someone build me an entire PC from the ground up; using 8gb ram, quad-core cpu, and 500mb or 1tb hdd?
Don't worry about a mouse, keyboard, speakers, or screen. I already have those.

Western Digital 7200RPM S-ATA 6 GB/s, 6$MB Cache 1TB Hard Drive. (You could get a 500GB HDD and a 64GB SSD, if you wanted)

AMD FX-8120 Octo-Core processor, you could cheapen out and get a quad core, like you asked but this is still in budget!
This is a bundle with a GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 motherboard, it has all the stuff you need for upgrading in the future, whether you want a graphics

I think you might need a graphics card with this... I don't think there is an iGPU, although you can buy a nVidia GT630 or something if you aren't gaming.

Simple web based stuff and word this should cover it, Gaming your pushing your luck.

Newegg is nice for choice but they are overpriced and this rig would cost like up near $500 and pc part picker saves money You must login or register to view this content. and non apu amd cpus need graphics card which is another $50 and all but the 8350 are less powerful than the i5 and if u add a graphics card like a gtx 660 or a 7870 and you would have a nice gaming pc
